As a data controller, we work directly with online Publishers (Data Controllers) to administer and monetize their opt-in databases. We also work with global brands and agencies (Clients) to provide targeted third-party promotional and advertising communications.

As a Data Processor, we provide all our Publishers with best practice guidance and subject them to a detailed data protection compliance review prior to engagement. We then act on their instructions, under a List Management Agreement.
At the same time, as a Data Processor, we work with Clients and with your consent we may share your personal data with them to support their work in online targeting, fraud prevention, identification verification and other areas relating to financial services.
Third parties may become aware of personal data as “external data controllers”, such as, by way of example and not limited to, suppliers responsible for sending marketing emails on behalf of the Data Controller, outsourcing or cloud computing service providers, professionals and consultants. The external data controllers are:

Users have the right to obtain the list of any external Processors appointed by the Processor upon specific request.
We work with Publishers and their data, only where the consumer has given clear explicit consent to marketing and third-party use of their data. The data variables we process include, where available:
- First and last name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Data source
- IP address
- Collection date
· We retain data for the retention period indicated by the Publisher
· We encourage our Publishers and Clients to help us keep data debugged and up to date
· We provide our contact details to all Publishers to ensure that the consumer can follow up on any privacy requests
· We perform monthly updates by removing, debugging and updating records, as indicated by the Publisher and ultimately the consumer. This process provides the consumer with the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, through the following actions:
- Requesting the Publisher to know what information is held, who it is shared with, and a copy of your data
- Requesting the Publisher to delete or stop communications
- Requesting the Publisher to transfer a copy of your data to another organization, where appropriate.
